Using the service
You may use Maya for lawful recruiting outreach on behalf of your organization. You're responsible for the messages you configure and for complying with applicable calling, messaging, and email regulations.
Accounts
Keep your credentials secure and accurate. You're responsible for activity under your account and for the team members you invite.
Billing
Plans are billed per seat. Credits price each outbound touch and reset on your billing date. Top-up packs are charged when purchased. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
No spam, harassment, scraping of protected data, or outreach that violates a recipient's opt-out. We may suspend accounts that put deliverability or recipients at risk.
